Lapiland space rules
Before booking a vacation, we invite you to familiarize yourself with the basic rules of Lapiland spaces, which were born from the need to protect the created space and avoid unpleasant situations. And if you have any questions - write to us or call us! We hope for a relationship based on respect!

Lapiland's spaces are designed for quiet, mindful relaxation. Tranquil music and parties are strictly forbidden.

Quiet time is from 22:00. Although the distances between the facilities are long, we encourage you to respect the tranquillity of nature as well as that of other holidaymakers.

Arrivals are limited to an agreed number of people. If there is a need to change this, please contact us separately.

Guests must familiarise themselves with the memories and rules of the Lapiland spaces.

Please respect the arrival and departure times:

Yurt Sun - Arrival from 15:00, Departure until 12:00

Yurt Moon - Arrival from 16:00, Departure until 13:00

Tipi- Arrival from 17:00, Departure until 14:00

PAYMENT / CHANGE OF RESERVATION

If payment is not received within 2 days, the reservation is not confirmed and cancelled.

In case of change of plans, if you inform us at least 7 days before arrival, we will change the arrival date or issue a gift voucher for the same amount. If less than one day before arrival, the booking fee is non-refundable.

If the full stay time has not been used, no refund will be given.
SAFETY

Adults are kindly requested not to leave underage children unattended and to ensure their proper behaviour and safety. Any damage to equipment or damage caused by them is the responsibility of you, the adult;

You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your relatives, i.e. you are solely responsible for any accidents that may occur inside or outside Lapiland.
PETS

We look forward to welcoming your pets. Please take care not only of them, but also of your surroundings (we would be very upset if your equipment was chewed up, or if you dug holes or did not pick up your poo). Any damage to their equipment or damage caused by them is the responsibility of you, the owner;

Please note that the area is not open. The safety of your pet is your responsibility.

Please provide your pet with the necessary food blisters (do not use our inventory), bedding, drinking water, etc.
IN EACH RENTAL

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside.

Please do not throw away batteries - they are rechargeable and can be placed in the marked jar.

It is forbidden to throw toilet paper or other rubbish into the composting toilet - please use the bins.

It is forbidden to leave the fire in the stove and candles unattended.Littering is forbidden - please use the bins provided.

Please wash kitchen equipment and utensils after use.

Please do not use towels, blankets or other bedding in the rooms outside.

Please use the items and equipment in the Lapiland area only for their intended purpose and report any faults or damages you notice. You undertake to compensate for any material damage caused by your fault in accordance with the procedure laid down by the law.

In Lapiland, fires may only be built in barbecues, fire pits and designated fire pits. Please do not leave fires unattended. Respect the fire element and do not burn rubbish, cigarette butts, etc. - there are rubbish bins for this purpose.

Please wear heat resistant gloves when in contact with heat or fire. Unsafe behaviour is your own responsibility.

Movable and immovable items in Lapiland spaces are the property of Lapiland Projektai MB, so please leave them as you found them when you leave.
HOT BATH TUBS

Instructions for use can be found in guide books (received by email and printed).

Set up fire only if there is water in the hot tub. Damage is inevitable, for which you are responsible, if the fire is set when bath tub is empty.

Do not touch the chimney, the stove and the pipes connected to it - they are hot. If this is unavoidable, use heat protective gloves (you will find them inside each object).

We are not responsible for accidents while using the hot tub (falling/slipping/scalding/drowning etc.). Please observe safety.

Holidaymakers must make sure that the temperature is within the normal range (up to 38 degrees) before using the hot bath. We are not responsible for any burns sustained if holidaymakers climb into a hotter bath.

Holidaymakers should be aware that the water used is from a pond and is not suitable for drinking. We are not responsible for allergic reactions and other illnesses caused by the quality of this water.

Do not release the water out while an open fire is burning in the stove.

In outdoor temperatures below zero degrees (0), the water must not be left in the hot tub and stove. Failure to do so may result in damage to the hot tub and the stove. In the event of damage to these facilities, we have the right to claim a fine for the damages determined.
OFF-GRID OUTSIDE SHOWER

Holidaymakers should be aware that the water used is from the pond - it is not suitable for drinking. We are not responsible for allergic reactions and other illnesses caused by the quality of this water.

Holidaymakers must make sure that the temperature is safe. The instructions state that the water heater is already set to a suitable and comfortable body temperature. If holidaymakers change the settings, they accept responsibility.
CONTACTS

Holidaymakers are fully responsible for any damage to or destruction of movable and immovable property (bathtubs, terraces, outdoor furniture, etc.) and other material goods in the house (yurt or tipi) and on its grounds. The client shall be liable for any damage caused to the property in accordance with the procedure laid down by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania).

Any accidents that may occur inside or outside the rental or its territory (inside the rental, on the terrace, in the common areas, in the outdoor shower, in the woods, in the courtyard, in the outhouse, etc.) are the responsibility of the holidaymakers themselves.
BEHAVIOUR IN THE EVENT OF A DISASTER
